Witness the Apotheosis at Go Bar

It has been a LONG TIME since I've listened to anything that could even remotely be considered Goth/Industrial/Darkwave. Probably about 10 years.

So imagine my surprise when i find a local darkwave band opening up for Shitty Candy.





Witness the Apotheosis took the stage. Synth based running off a laptop and a Cello and a strobelight. Musically, theyre pretty good. They drew a CROWD. For a show with little advanced notice, that place was packed.





I'm not into this sounds anymore, but they made for good pictures and showed a side of the Athens scene that I didn't think existed.



I do enjoy shooting at GoBar as there are all these mirrors and tinsel on the walls and things i can frame shots with and shoot from outside. However as J & the rest of Shitty Candy can attest, i do some DUMB things to get these pictures.
