Education Ralley

On October 7, there was an attempt for a "National Day of Action" for promoting higher education. A handful of people from the 36,000 enrollment University of Georgia attended a rally there.

By my estimate, there were less than 50 people there during the hour I photographed. My DC experiences with riot police and the secret service have left me with a different definition of the terms 'rally' and 'protest.'
